Julie Still

Julie Still joined AFCO in 2006, and brings her own signature mix of enthusiasm, excitement and tenacity to her land assemblage and commercial real estate specialties. Clients have consistently responded to her uncompromising level of patient, caring, and honest service with repeat and referral business.
During her first year as a realtor, she was awarded Top 10 Fast Track agents by one of the nation's largest full-service real estate companies. In 2004, Atlanta Magazine named her among the Top 100 agents in Atlanta. In March of the next year, Julie was top listing agent for her 100-plus agent office, and competing with more than 2,000 agents, was awarded Medallion Club 2005.

Julie is a member of the Georgia and the National Associations of Realtors and past member of the DeKalb Association of Realtors and Metro South Board of Realtors. Early in her career, Julie focused on residential real estate and is proud to have helped many families buy and sell their home as well as their large land tracts. She began building a foundation for her real estate career in the early 90s working for companies such as Barnett Bank Mortgage, where she learned crucial aspects of real estate financing. In 1992, she moved to Los Angeles, CA and began working for Parsons, one of the largest U.S. engineering and construction companies, which oversaw many government projects.
Before becoming a realtor, Julie worked on more than 40 TV, film and video productions. She spent 13 years in the film and television industry and split her time between casting, production and acting. Julie has appeared in movies such as Forces of Nature starring Ben Affleck and Sandra Bulloch as well as television commercials for brands such as Kraft Mayo. You might also recognize her voice-over talents from various radio campaigns.
Julie has assisted in casting many reality TV shows for networks like NBC and FOX. She has worked in the extras casting department for various movies, including Disney's Remember theTitansand DreamWorks' Road Trip. Over the years Julie has produced many television and video productions. Recent credits include senior producer for season one of an award-winning national public television show about motherhood. She managed two production crews and a full time staff, while also maintaining constant contact with the shows Fortune 500 sponsors.
Julie enjoys writing screenplays, painting and passionately donates time and money to various animal rescue organizations. Shes a contributor to Lifeline Animal Project, PAWS Atlanta Adoption Center and a proud member of Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah. She has also made contibutions on behalf of clients to national and local organizations like S.P.O.T. (Stopping Pet Overpopulation Together).
Julie spent most of her early years in Naples, FL, but now enjoys life back in her native Georgia with her husband and three dogs.
