Ingram S. Smith, known to many of his friends as Gram, joined AFCO in 2008. Ingram’s principal focus is on landlord and tenant representation of office space. Ingram implements strategic financial based planning in an innovative and effective manner in order to meet his clients’ requirements.

Ingram is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, where he earned a B.A. in Economics. While at Hampden-Sydney, Ingram was the president of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He was also elected chairman of the Inter Fraternity Council and served as the representative speaker for the Class of 2006 at commencement ceremonies.
