Services provided by the AFCO's Land Services Group include land assemblage, corporate site selection, land disposition, investment site selection and land development (commercial, multi family and single family), annexation, demographic analysis, zoning evaluation, environmental assessment and site planning.

Members of AFCO's Real Estate Team facilitated one of the largest land deals to ever take place in the State of Georgia in the Gwinnett Mall area.  The land sale was for a 375 acre tract located just north of the mall.  AFCO represented the seller, Southern Region Industrial Realty, a subsidiary of Norfolk Southern Corporation, and devised a plan for the property that called for development of shopping centers, auto dealerships, multi-family housing and an industrial park.

AFCO also recently completed a 54 acre land sale to the City of Austell that will be used to make a soccer field and park for the community.
