AFCO's Industrial Team was selected by a major public British firm to act as their "real estate department" in the United States, a rather unusual and very exciting assignment.
AFCO's responsibilities include acquiring and disposing of sites, developing new properties, and managing legal records for transactions occurring in the U.S.
AFCO developed a major industrial project for the Anitox Corporation. This complex, 50,000 square foot office/industrial project valued at $3.5 million incorporates chemical manufacturing, distribution warehouse, and Class "A" offices.

AFCO has also handled numerous industrial revitalization projects including the well-known Candler Warehouse project.  Built in 1915, the 1,100,000 square foot Candler Warehouse was nearly saved from ruin when AFCO Realty began managing, leasing and rehabilitating the property.
