Frank H. Moye
Senior Managing Director
From negotiating leases and sales contracts, project marketing, site acquisitions and dispositions, developing new business, analyzing investment property, and handling build-to-suit projects, Frank Moye has seen it all in his nearly thirty years on the Atlanta commercial real estate scene.
Frank rejoined AFCO in 2005 after serving the company as industrial group vice president during most of the 1980s.
Prior to rejoining AFCO, Frank was vice president of Oakwood Partners, Inc. and

Bullock, Terrell & Mannelly, and was an industrial/technology broker with Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia, Inc., all Atlanta commercial real estate brokerage firms.
Frank is a recipient of The Phoenix Award from the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and a life member of their Million Dollar Club. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in economics and earned an MBA at the University of North Carolina.
Frank regularly volunteers at and serves on the board of directors for the Crossroads Community Ministry. He is a member of the Ansley Golf Club, and a former boardmember of the Atlanta Enterprise Center.
