Sam Friedman with AFCO Realty represented McCamish Sytems in its renewal of 33,000 square feet of leased office space at 6425 Powers Ferry Landing West, a 54-acre office park, in Atlanta.
"The ease of access and close proximity to major hotels, shopping, and restaurants are just a few of that reasons we decided to renew our lease," said Christina Stephenson, vice president of human resources for McCamish Systems. "This area continues to serve our associates and clients well."
Carter, which jointly owns the property with Julian LeCraw & Company and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds IV - Domestic, represented the owners in the transaction.
A privately held company based in Atlanta, Georgia, McCamish Systems provides Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) services to the life insurance industry and non-qualified benefit plan administration services to the financial services and retirement services industries.
