Commercial Property News cites Leica Geosystems' 10-year lease as the biggest recent transaction in the Atlanta market based on deal value. AFCO Realty LLC Chairman Sam Friedman represented Leica in the deal, which consolidates its Atlanta operations into one national headquarters facility.
The Switzerland-based mapping/spatial information analysis/ modeling products supplier inked a lease for 80,000 square feet at 5051 Peachtree Corners Circle in Technology Park in Atlanta.
According to the April 16, 2005 issue of Commercial Property News, Duke Realty Corp. bought the property for Leica and will retrofit the 100,000-SF office/flex building.
