Raymond L. McKeone
Senior Managing Director
Raymond McKeone brings more than 30 years of experience and an extensive accounting and financial background to AFCO's property management division.
He’s primarily responsible for property and project management, project lease negotiations,
facilities planning and management, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining AFCO, Raymond spent 20 years with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MML) as assistant vice president and project manager. As assistant vice president managing an annual budget of $40 million,

Raymond controlled all events required to establish individual field facilities including site selection, lease negotiations, and the selection of architects and general contractors for office space build-outs. He negotiated numerous commercial leases in most major metropolitan areas of the United States including Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Atlanta, and San Francisco.
McKeone also negotiated and managed national contracts with outside vendors for services including furniture, telephones, carpeting, moving, and brokerage, and reengineered the MML facilities department into a more efficient and cost-effective operation.
After leaving MML, Raymond spent three years with REH Consulting where he assisted corporations improve their leasing and property management operations and procedures.
Raymond holds a philosophy degree from the University of Ottawa in Canada. He and wife, Elaine, make their home in Atlanta.
