President
Named President of AFCO Realty, LLC in 2006, Geoff Friedman continues a legacy in commercial real estate passed down from his father and grandfather.
Geoff is a licensed real estate broker and specializes in office and industrial tenant representation.
Recently, he led the acquisition and development of a 657-unit apartment community in a north Atlanta suburb and a new, high-end subdivision in Buckhead. Geoff was a partner in the development of five extended stay hotels around the southeast.

Geoff is the 2007 president of the Buckhead Business Association, was the founding chairman of the board of Pathworks, the volunteer arm of the Path Foundation, and is a member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Georgia Bar Association.
After earning a juris doctorate degree from The Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, AL, Geoff began his professional career as a practicing attorney. He also holds a political science degree from the University of Georgia.
Geoff was born and raised in Atlanta, where he attended The Lovett School. He enjoys jogging, snow skiing, reading, and the study of rock music, but his family is the light of his life and he enjoys every moment with them. Geoff and his wife, Hope, and their two young children make their home in Atlanta.
