Leasing Consultant
Kacey Cecil joined AFCO in 2005, specializing in tenant and landlord representation of office and industrial space. He has also handled other aspects of commercial real estate, such as investment sales, subleasing, and relocating clients to other submarkets around Atlanta.
Recently, Kacey has been involved with the sale of a 34,000 SF office building and handling the leasing of a 185,000 SF office park in the northwest submarket.

He is an Atlanta native receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern University and has been a certified member of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, The Young Council of Realtors, and the Rotary Club of Vinings.
Kacey and his mother have been devoted to fostering rescue dogs and placing them in new homes. He has recently been training for a triathlon, but he also enjoys fishing, golf, and hiking the Chattahoochee with his weimaraner Skylar.
Kacey is dedicated to being knowledgeable of the Atlanta market and has earned a reputation for offering valuable advice, assistance, and dedication to his clients.
